✨ Intention Setting workshop to reflect and energize moving forward into the new year.
Winter 2022
My first experience at the YAS Event was amazing! A house full of sisterhood laughing, smiling, dancing, learning, beautifying, meditating, a full time of fabulousness. Looking forward to many more experiences with my Queens!
I am honored to have been a part of this weekend with all of the amazing and talented women who shared their knowledge and experience. I learned so much and on so many different levels from making sushi to meditating and investing. The sky's the limit and we've only just begun.
It's been an honor & pleasure to be a part of the process. I'm eager and excited to see YAS Queens grow. I love and miss the founder, Gwen 'PChes' Agustin-Nodora, so, so, so much, but there is zero doubt that she's so proud of the direction YAS Queens is going. What a gift this weekend was, to share the Power of Sisterhood with so many amazing women/queens.
The retreat is an unforgettable experience. From building relationships to self-love & wellness to having a weekend getaway, it's a retreat not to miss. Putting my cousin Peaches' vision into a reality. YAS QUEEN!!
The YAS Queen retreat provided an opportunity for me to step out of the daily grind and have the time to focus on myself. The classes provided were educational and are applicable to my own personal growth. I was able to self reflect and set intentions for the year. Not only was the location perfect for a queen…I also had a great time with all the activities at the YAS Queen retreat.
It was an awesome and inspiring way to kick off the new year with positivity; that is a positive psyche, positive emotions and a positively healthy body! The camaraderie amongst the YAS Queens was absolutely beautiful! LOVED it!
So grateful and humbled to be part of YAS Queen this year and growing a sisterhood intended to build each other up and seeing us all win in our intentions for the year! Ches' spirit is strong within this sisterhood!
I love all our YAS Queens! The retreat was such a great way to relax and shift my focus onto much greater things in life. I left feeling revived, and would definitely do it all over again!
Truly an eventful weekend with great speakers and lots of genuine connections and activities that I enjoyed learning. A must go to event! You won’t be disappointed.
Taking the time to clear the mind is something you owe yourself. Allowing yourself to receive opens your heart. Sharing it with Queens helps heal some of the scars.
While we grieve/mourn a very tragic loss in our life, we found the strength to attend the YAS Retreat. The spirit of Gwen/Peaches will always be alive within each of us, and her spirit will grow stronger through each of us, and through every YAS events/retreats.
YAS Queen was exactly what I needed. I feel refreshed in mind, body, and spirit, and am ready to take on the year with intention. My heart is full.
Translating to "One Down" The phrase and unity clap began with labor activist Larry Itliong along with fellow activist Cesar Chavez to join both Filipino and Latino migrant workers together.
Starting slow, like a heartbeat, the clap starts to grow and get faster, louder, stronger. It becomes a chorus of applause. Then one person will exclaim "Isang Bagsak!" to indicate a united front, to rise and fall together, before ending the clap with a final collective clap.
We acknowledge with respect the Indigenous people on whose traditional, ancestral, and unceded land we are on and whose historical relationships to this land continue.
